The SAU Wesley Foundation sits at the southwest corner of Southern Arkansas University's campus. We are a campus ministry of the United Methodist Church supported by individuals, local churches, and the Arkansas Annual Conference. To learn more about the SAU Wesley Foundation or to find out how you can be involved, check out the rest of our website, our Facebook page, or email the Pastor at [email protected].
WESLEY'S MISSION & VISIONOur mission is to prepare individuals for Christian discipleship by growing and nurturing relationships in faith. Our vision is to be an inclusive, just, and loving community on SAU’s campus, which foster’s Christian fellowship and connects with people of all walks of life and on all parts of the faith journey.
A COMMUNITYIt is easy for a campus ministry to look like just another club on campus, but we are a community of faith, grounded in our belief in Jesus Christ as the one who goes before us and leads us down the path of transformed living. We believe that as a community being in relationship and fellowship with others is vital to the Christian life. We worship God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit -- our Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer, the Source of all life. We welcome you to join us as we journey together in this crazy, wonderful, and most uncertain life.
YOU ARE WELCOME
No matter who you are, no matter what your beliefs, we’d like to welcome you into our community. As college students, we seek to intertwine the questions of faith and the questions of life as we travel along the journey of college and emerging adulthood together. We invite you to join us as we journey into the mystery of our lives and the mystery of God together.

He also enjoys playing video games, board games, and spending time with his family and friends. Tim is a product of Wesley ministries. The Wesley at UAM is the path that God used to bring Tim back to faith. His past experience with campus ministry has led him to understand how vital it is, not just for the future of the church, but for the lives of the students who are reached by this ministry. He has a passion for campus ministry, helping young adults discover God’s calling in their lives, and guiding them on the path to answering it. Feel free to stop by the Wesley anytime! Have a snack, take a nap, study, pray, come to worship. We are here for you, whatever you need. Best of all, God is with us all! |
